Doug Colpoys, and his team, at Palm Coast ReMax did a great job helping w selling my home in what rapidly became a tougher market to sell this summer. They were responsive and were a great partner to monitor my home as I was a remote seller.

I had a great experience working with Doug Colpoy when I was coming from out of the area. Doug is very professional and reliable. He made me feel at ease in such a competitive housing market. He is true to his word. He was willing to make the extra effort to schedule appointments and check on the homes I was interested in on the same day, sometimes when it seemed impossible. He also always answers his phone, even after the first ring! Doug also answers all of my questions with unbelievable patience. I would recommend him to anyone. I’ve dealt with a lot of agents and I haven’t met anyone like him yet. Thank you Doug for all your time and effort. You are amazing! I’m sure your professionalism will attract a lot of business.

Ann was an absolutley amazing real estate agent for us! We were skeptical using Zillow to connect us with an agent, because in the past, it did not work our very well for us, but with Ann, she was the complete opposite. She was so helpful, answered all of questions, she stayed in contact with us throughout the entire process. She helped us navigate throught the home inspections, insurance, and all others aspects. We highly recommend everyone using Ann Gordon as a realtor!

I have known Doug Colpoys for many years even before he became my agent. Always hearing good things about him and how well known he was by so many many other agents. He was so patient with me and helpful, knowledgeable and totally honest. I put my house on the market with Doug and he was always so kind about it never getting upset with me when I took it off the market at least two times but I finally did it and Doug made my experience as smooth as possible. He helped me and cared about my well being. He always took my calls or if could not then would let me know he would get back to me as soon as he could and did. He Understood my situation and how I felt and what I was going through. Doug is a blessing to me.
