I found Erik on the internet through one of his rental listings. I needed an agent who is well versed with the rental market, in addition to a local market expert. Erik was indeed both. I am a non-local investor and was shopping for a rental property that was close to the beach and something I can eventually move in to. Erik helped me evaluate several properties and after a couple of properties that we wrote offers on, we landed a nicely upgraded property. Erik organized and pulled together all the necessary steps to consumate my purchase via phone, email, zoom, facetime, what have you. Did I mention I was remote ??? Erik also coordinated all the inspections and post-close repair and prep to make my property rentable, and delivered a tenant in 2 days. What else is there, he did it all. Lance made buying a new home very comfortable. We didn't have a set time-frame to purchase, which allowed no rushing in finding the home we wanted. Lance was more than accommodating in looking at houses with us frequently. He told me "I'm not concerned about how long it takes, I am only concerned about finding the correct home for you."
