I have used Tracy for the sale of two homes. The first sale occurred while I was quiet infirmed. Since it was an estate sale, the house needed to be cleared, cleaned, repaired, and painted. Tracy took over for me. She had all of the contacts I needed. She made sure that anything I couldn't do myself was taken care of. I don't know how I could have done it without her. She's cheerful, positive, and answers my texts right away. The second property was tied up in legal matters. Tracy was invaluable in helping me stay on top of those issues. By this time, I had moved far away and had to rely of Tracy to handle every aispect of preparing the house and selling it. She's a tireless worker. The house sold and I couldn't be happier. Tracy always was available, she knows what she's doing, and I trust her completely.

We were so fortunate to be referred to Tracy for the sale of our home of 36 years in Garden Grove. As you may guess, we put a lot of work and had a great emotional attachment to the house after it sheltered us and provided a home for our family for over 36 years. We are older folks and had accumulated a lot over our years in the house. Tracy understood our emotional attachment and our physical and time limitations as we went through the huge undertaking of preparing to move out of state and sell our beloved home. Tracy is top-notch and knows her craft very well. She is totally professional but is also a wonderful, thoughtful and helpful human being. Tracy was supportive and with us every step of the way as we worked to prepare to move and as we prepared the house for sale. She provided references to great workmen who helped us remedy some of the needed issues and fixes to ready the house for sale. She bent over backwards to accommodate our moving timeline. She is sweet, thoughtful, personable and, I think, a rare breed of real estate agent. She was absolutely "on her game" and we are so thankful to have had her as our realtor. Honestly...she is fantastic! And you cannot do better than having Tracy represent you in the sale or purchase of a beloved home. Tracy...we are still so appreciative! Thanks for everything you did to help us sell our beloved SoCal home and make a new life in Washington.

Tracy stepped right up and arranged for everything I needed. We had an estate sale, junk removal, deep cleaning, termite tenting, repairs, painting, and open house. She found all these excellent services for me. The house sold right away. She lifted the whole burden off my shoulders.
