I have used Tracy for the sale of two homes. The first sale occurred while I was quiet infirmed. Since it was an estate sale, the house needed to be cleared, cleaned, repaired, and painted. Tracy took over for me. She had all of the contacts I needed. She made sure that anything I couldn't do myself was taken care of. I don't know how I could have done it without her. She's cheerful, positive, and answers my texts right away. The second property was tied up in legal matters. Tracy was invaluable in helping me stay on top of those issues. By this time, I had moved far away and had to rely of Tracy to handle every aispect of preparing the house and selling it. She's a tireless worker. The house sold and I couldn't be happier. Tracy always was available, she knows what she's doing, and I trust her completely.

Tracy was an excellent agent. She checked in with me all the time so the communication was what I wanted. She was very sympathetic with some of the problems we had that were not her fault. I would highly recommend Tracy to all my friends and family.

We were so fortunate to be referred to Tracy for the sale of our home of 36 years in Garden Grove. She provided references to great workmen who helped us remedy some of the needed issues and fixes to ready the house for sale. She bent over backwards to accommodate our moving timeline. She is sweet, thoughtful, personable and, I think, a rare breed of real estate agent. She was absolutely "on her game" and we are so thankful to have had her as our realtor. Honestly...she is fantastic! And you cannot do better than having Tracy represent you in the sale or purchase of a beloved home. Tracy...we are still so appreciative! Thanks for everything you did to help us sell our beloved SoCal home and make a new life in Washington.
