From the start Mike has made it clear he knows what he’s doing. Us being first time home buyers the whole process seemed like it was going to be like navigating choppy waters but Mike made the whole process smooth in every way possible. He was always available for any questions, concerns, or just general knowledge about the whole journey. He was answering questions we didn’t even think to ask and from every walkthrough was looking in every nook and cranny, testing everything from the sliding of patio doors to making sure a creak in the floor wasn’t something deeper that needed to be addressed. He was well informed of every property and wasn’t pushy on anything, so we definitely felt like he was fully concerned with what we wanted. Even after finally finding our home and even after closing he has been there for any questions that we’ve had and made it clear that he is always available for any concerns should they arise. I would definitely recommend Mike to anyone who is unfamiliar with the whole home buying process or just anyone who wants an agent who not only says they are on your side but whose actions prove he is.
