Who is Mike Grossman? I am a full-time licensed Realtor and have been working in Des Moines since 1992. Why is that important? As a full-time Realtor this is my occupation. I am a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a member of the Des Moines Area Association of Realtors (DMAAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). I can show you any house listed on the market regardless of the Real Estate Company that has it listed. I specialize in residential real estate throughout the Des Moines metro area and outlaying communities. I also have expertise selling acreages, farms, and hunting ground. The best service! Awesome, Fantastic Realtor!!

Mike was so easy to work with!! He was so accommodating of our situation while trying to sell our house, knowledgeable about today’s selling market, has years of experience with real estate, and just an all around nice guy!! He answered our calls, texts, and emails in a timely manner, gave us excellent tips to get the most bang for our buck, and sold our house in less than 24 hours on the market! An awesome strategy planner, for sure!!

As first time home buyers we had no idea what we were getting into, Mike insured us that he would guide us every step of the way! He was positive and always opened to answering or questions and never made us feel bad for the questions asked. He provided us with honest feedback on homes and his knowledge throughly shows. He was amazing and our young daughter also became a big fan, its great working with someone that cares to get to know you as a person and also as a family.
