Mark did an incredible job working with us on the sale of our home. We had been there for 57 years and the decision to move was difficult but Mark helped us through the entire process and made sure we received a fair price. We would highly recommend Mark and would not hesitate to use him again in the future.

Working with Mark is a calm and great experience when buying/selling a home! I've done both. He helped me step by step through the process and was very knowledgeable with the current market, and understood to a T what I was looking for in a home! He made the process very easy and explained everything in detail, given that I'm a first time home buyer! Very positive experience working with Mark, he's calm, patient and very aware of what would be a future investment for me! I appreciate him helping me find a home I love!

Mark was such a help when selling our home. He was very communicative about all aspects of the process and was very responsive to questions along the way. He made the process less stressful overall.

My family and I have used Mark as our realtor for many years. He has helped us sell/buy several times and each time is a wonderful experience. He knows the market, listens to what we are saying, and is a transparent communicator.

We needed to sell a house as part of an estate. The house was not in good shape and we weren't optimistic about our chances to sell it. Mark did his walk through and was upbeat and encouraging the entire time. He pointed out all the positive aspects of the house and the neighborhood and reassured us that with a little bit of work the house would sell. Mark guided us through the steps leading up to getting the house on the market and clearly explained his strategy for getting the house sold. When the house went on the market it attracted a lot of interest and sold within a day! Thank you Mark!

I live out of state and needed to find a realtor to help my Dad sell his home. When I found Mark, I found a real gem. He was so attentive and helpful! He listed the house quickly and was able to help accommodate my elderly father. Thank goodness my Dad didn’t accept a low ball cash offer before we found Mark. I highly recommend Mark if you are looking to sell your home!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Mark Callender during my home-buying journey, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, he demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for my needs.

Laurie was very helpful with the condo search, from gathering information on what properties I was interested in to sending me properties as soon as possible, to scheduling tours as quickly as possible. She was very helpful answering all questions and offering advice while touring and especially when putting in an offer and closing. I felt comfortable asking Laurie questions and felt I could trust all her answers. I had no complaints or do betters and would recommend.

Mark and Susan helped me sell a house several years ago so I wanted their help this time in selling a lot. They are old Anoka residents, as am I, so they know the area. They are well-known in Anoka. I did not want to go with someone new to the area. Susan is gracious, prompt and very very patient. We did everything on line. I felt comfortable using her services a second time and the sale went well. In both transactions Mark and Susan have been extra helpful.

We have sold once & bought twice with Laurie & we wouldn't use anyone else! I cannot say enough good things about her. She's been doing it forever, is smart, has great connections in the industry, & takes care of her people. She is everything you need & more. She will fight for you & help you through navigating what is a fun but not-so-fun process all at the same time. She helped us buy & sell our first home & buy our second home. There are so many great realtors out there, but Laurie is the best of the best in our opinion. She always has her buyer's best interest at heart--when we saw a home we loved, but she knew the builder wasn't great & we'd be unhappy, she told us! She will always tell you as it is. We are so happy to have worked with her & will sometime in the future.
