I had a home for sale on the market for 5 months in the 6 months I totally give up because it was approaching the 6 months,I had to pay Apts monthly and the mortgage payment as well. you can imagine what I was going through. A friend of mine introduced me to Mark. Just after 5 days talking business with this man I got an offer on the home and the house was sold! This is what I call the awesome ! he doesn’t list houses on the market. There’s a difference’s between selling and listing houses on the market. I tend to be old school when it comes to selling a house. Mark brought me into the modern age with the use of multiple websites, social media and currant updates of traffic on the property. The professional photographers took amazing photos of the property adding digital furnishings to enhance the images and creating a digital floor plan to help potential buyers visualize the property. It was a very tough market but Mark kept me confident and optimistic with the outcome that I needed. I can't thank him enough for all his hard work and continual support.
