I have had the pleasure of working with Stephanie professionally with the company I work for and for my own personal home search. Everyone I have sent her way always reports back how wonderful she is and how well she knows her facts about land. I have recently viewed a home for sale with Stephanie for myself and I had some questions. I felt I could not move forward on making an offer without those questions answered. She reached out to the listing agent and sadly didn't get the answers we needed. Knowing this property would sell fast Stephanie jumped into action and did all the research herself so we could have the correct information needed to proceed or not. Ms. Pender always was on top of all the coordinations and information providing good effective guidance and updates at all times. She also was present in assisting us in all type of different inspections and walkthrough conducted on our new home writing notes of every details found including photos as well for the record and also was there when you need her for any kind of clarifications that might pop-up at the last minute during the process. Lori is a great agent. She is a great mix between old school and new school. We had to move to a new city for a job. We on a whim decided to drive up and look at houses and called Lori along the way. She made time in her Saturday adhoc to show us houses and then followed up with us on Sunday. Then in the buying process she was available at nearly all hours. And she would not only simply follow our directions in the negotiation but also provide her feedback and guidance before we made a decision. We can not say enough good things about Lori.

Stephanie Woolfolk led us through selling the home of a late family member. She went above and beyond to find out details and requirements involved in selling a home during the estate and probate process. We gladly followed all the advice she gave us in the physical preparation for listing the home. When the time came, she listed the house as “Coming Soon” for one week. It ended up with 5 showings on Day 1 live on the market. Day 2 brought a fantastic offer (even followed by a couple more offers on Day 3.) It closed 19 days after it went live.
