Diane was a fantastic real estate agent, especially as an out of state buyer. She knows the area well and found me home options in safe places. She truly acted as an advocate for me and has a ton of great contacts (inspector, repairs, attorney, lender, etc.) that made coordinating everything from out of state as smooth as possible. Buying and selling a house is an incredibly stressful thing. I've worked with Michael on three separate occasions, and if it weren't for him it would have been a nightmare trying to find a home! He was very receptive to our feedback and helped us hone into what we were looking for (which was quite the task considering my husband and I have very different tastes). He was really on top of sending us all the latest houses that popped on the market, and was available pretty much all the time to look at properties. Michael was very patient with us because we really wanted to find the right neighborhood for our family, and when we found our current home (we bought it about a month ago) we knew it was the one. We were so nervous because we knew that other people would be immediately interested as well, and Michael really fought for us when we made an decided to make an offer. We were the first to make an offer on the house and they wanted to wait to hear other offers before coming to a decision. Through Michael's advice, we revised our offer and got the house! It was the best decision, and we really love our home. Michael is the best and he'll do all he can to help you find the right home!
