At first, I started my search without an agent, but then I stumbled upon Diane during a home tour and was impressed with how kind, genuine, and helpful she was. She knew I did not want to work with an agent, but still went out of her way to help me and provide guidance. That's when I knew I wanted her to help me with my search. She has worked in the area for a while and has an encyclopedic knowledge of the market. She was able to help me with my unique home search, and was able to help me close very quickly. I can honestly say there is no one I would rather have had on my side while both selling and buying our old and new homes than Jill Hess. She was always available to help and advise my husband and me.
