From our first visit, to closing Michael and his team handled everything. For some minor repairs needed he found a contractor who finished repairs in one day. The handling of visits by prospective buyers was done giving us enough time to vacate the premises so they could view the home with a realtor without interruptions. Michael referred us to an attorney when one deal fell through, and we we paid above the earnest money very quickly. We would highly recommend Michael Hogue and his team to any and all sellers and buyers.
