Max is a very good communicator and has experience to go with it. He walked me through a few houses pointing out significant characteristics and making very reasonable offer suggestions. He can tell some of the history of the house just by looking at it. He is very knowledgeable at what he does and very good at what he does. In a very competitive market, he was able to get me the house that I wanted. Max is willing to go above and beyond the norm to make sure to look out for the best interest of the buyer. Also he is Dave Ramsey approved. I highly recommend Max for anybody, especially those who are first time home buyers and never dealt with realty before.
