I had a great experience with Michael Hogue and have no reservations about recommending him for real estate help in the CU area. Michael walked me through with an informative primer on the process and regulations as a first step and, given my situation, allowed me to drive the search and reach out to him whenever I found something of interest. More importantly, Micheal really helped out in helping me view a place on short notice, and leverage is network to get a quick mechanic's inspection on a weekend to help determine if the property was good to make an offer on. All while keeping me updated while I was doing some traveling. His insight, responsiveness, and taking initiative on actions during crunch time really helped. Also, just a flat out nice and professional person!

His service was timely his feedback was important. He was in the middle of a mess because of the timing and moving from one state to another and going from regular care into hospice care. Is knowledge and support was so valuable I would recommend him to anyone! He had good contacts outside his typical field but people that he knows because he is such a good realtor.

Michael Hogue worked with us for about a year, as we drifted in and out of town. He listened closely to our needs and showed us several properties as we were available. With each property our vision clarified. In the end he found us a unit that was just entering the market. We were seniors looking for a condo. Michael was familiar with leaders of the HOAs and the character of the associations. Great local knowledge. Very helpful.
