Diane Dawson did a tremendous job selling my home. I had initially listed my home for sale by owner but that generated no prospective buyers. When I met with Diane to discuss the listing, she thoroughly explained the procedure for listing and selling a home, she immediately had ideas for making my home more marketable and she had a very upbeat, positive attitude about getting my home sold. Since I had already moved from my home, Diane staged it with some furniture and home decor to help buyers better envision it as a home rather than just an empty house. Diane listed and sold my home in one month and I was very pleased with the outcome and she made the entire process extremely easy for me as she was on top of every step of the transaction. I would definitely recommend Diane as a realtor because she is very pleasant to work with, she is energetic, assertive and efficient and Diane is very knowledgeable about buying and selling homes as well as having a creative vision for all possibilities any home has to offer.

Diane is hands-down the best realtor I have ever worked with. She is honest, reliable and optimistic. She got us the most for our home and took very good care of us along the way. Diane was always available and seemed to work tirelessly to support us. She has many great ideas on how to improve the presentation of your home so it sells for top dollar. I have never met a person in any line of work who was willing to go the extra mile like Diane does; not only for me but for all of her clients! I worked with her on both ends: I bought a home with her and she found my dream home for me which I ended up selling with her in 11 days, in the dead of an Illinois winter for above asking price! (Sold my home d/t relocating out of state.) She is so connected with local resources which came in handy especially when my mover had to cancel the very last minute d/t a medical crisis on a holiday weekend with 100 degree temperatures! I couldn't believe it! Being first time home buyer and seller can be stressful at times, but Diane made the experiences so smooth and enjoyable because of the mastery of her career. She is prompt to return correspondences and will negotiate to get the best deal she can for you. She is also patient and educates her clients very thoroughly along every step of the way. She has amazingly flexible hours and can arrange house showings very soon after a property goes on the market. This enables her clients to be some of the first to see a property.
