Diane was wonderful! she sold our house before it even hit the market. She also negotiated and got our new home the first day it went on the market when their were multiple offers on the table. She has many connections of people that can do many things electrical, construction etc she does alot business with them and they come immediately if needed which helps in negotiations for it to be a win for both the seller & the buyer. This was me and my wife's first time buying a home, we were ignored by 3 other realtors before Jim. We didn't know what we were doing wrong. To be fair we had a decent sized list of requests and maybe not the greatest of budgets, so we started losing hope. We happened to call Jim about one house that we later decided didn't fit our needs. Once more we lost hope, but Jim kept at it. He showed us multiple houses and while we couldn't be there in person (coming from out of state) he did full video walkthroughs making sure to note everything he thought would be a problem and everything he thought was a nice addition. His knowledge and efforts really helped me and my wife feel more confident in our decision. At times I was astonished with his initiative. My lender would ask for a slew of things (such as termite inspection) when I asked Jim he was already half way through it. If I had gone with any other realtor I doubt I would've been care for in the same way, and I truly appreciate that.

It showed us that he was not only confident in the sales marketing of homes, but well educated and up-to-date with the market as well. Jim was eager to work for us and with us. Diane Dawson did a tremendous job selling my home. I had initially listed my home for sale by owner but that generated no prospective buyers. When I met with Diane to discuss the listing, she thoroughly explained the procedure for listing and selling a home, she immediately had ideas for making my home more marketable and she had a very upbeat, positive attitude about getting my home sold. Since I had already moved from my home, Diane staged it with some furniture and home decor to help buyers better envision it as a home rather than just an empty house. Diane listed and sold my home in one month and I was very pleased with the outcome and she made the entire process extremely easy for me as she was on top of every step of the transaction. I would definitely recommend Diane as a realtor because she is very pleasant to work with, she is energetic, assertive and efficient and Diane is very knowledgeable about buying and selling homes as well as having a creative vision for all possibilities any home has to offer.

Diane is hands-down the best realtor I have ever worked with. She is honest, reliable and optimistic. She got us the most for our home and took very good care of us along the way. Diane was always available and seemed to work tirelessly to support us. She has many great ideas on how to improve the presentation of your home so it sells for top dollar. I have never met a person in any line of work who was willing to go the extra mile like Diane does; not only for me but for all of her clients! I worked with her on both ends: I bought a home with her and she found my dream home for me which I ended up selling with her in 11 days, in the dead of an Illinois winter for above asking price! (Sold my home d/t relocating out of state.) She is so connected with local resources which came in handy especially when my mover had to cancel the very last minute d/t a medical crisis on a holiday weekend with 100 degree temperatures! I couldn't believe it! Being first time home buyer and seller can be stressful at times, but Diane made the experiences so smooth and enjoyable because of the mastery of her career.
