We are so glad that we asked Diane Dawson to be our realtor when we wanted to sell our house. She gave us sound advice on pricing and she sold the house within a week. We had lived there for 46 years and had accumulated a lot of things, from the basement to the attic, which we did not want to take with us. She knew exactly what to do with those things. That was an enormous relief to us, especially during the pandemic when most establishments were closed. She is a tireless worker on behalf of her clients. When looking for a home she is extremely helpful in helping her clients decide what they are looking for and the location they prefer. Once she and the client have determined these two parameters she will work tirelessly to find the right house. She is very knowledgeable about structual, and HVAC features as well as aesthetics, as well as having a keen vision for what features can easily be changed in a house to meet ones' desired needs. She has a very warm, relaxing personality helping reduce the stresses involved in home purchase and sale. AMAZING!!! She is by far the best Real Estate Professional that you can get in this area. She went above and beyond to sell our family house. I was not in the area, and she did absolutely everything to get top dollar. She made my mom and dads house so beautiful and I wanted to move back in! We had more offers on this house above the asking price, which is all because of her amazing ability to see what is needed. Honest, is was a blessing to have her in my corner. My wife and I first met this beautiful person back in 2012. We really weren't in the position to buy a home at the time, but we were working on our dream of one day owning our own home. I can't recall exactly how we met Diane but I do remember if was following speaking to several Realtors previously who told me that if I did not have an approval letter in hand that they would not waste their time showing me any homes and abruptly hung up the phone on me. But let me tell yo about this wonderful, kind and caring woman named Diane Dawson; she knew first hand that we were not in a position to purchase a home at the moment but she went out of her way to show us different homes, and together we found the homes that we didn't like as well as the homes that we did like and also fit our budget.
