We had a total nightmare with the home we just purchased (the sellers were beyond difficult) so Jeff really worked hard and we finally were able to close the deal. Amy was our listing agent of our previous home in Washington Crossing and also represented us as our buyer agent for our new home purchase in Newtown. In regards to our listing property Amy gave us some great low cost recommendations that really helped broaden appeal to potential buyers. Amy has deep roots in Bucks County, PA but also has a great deal of experience throughout the Philadelphia area, as well as in New Jersey. This is my second property that I purchased using Amy Patterson. The first property was located in PA and the second in NJ. Both were difficult negotiations.
