We would highly recommend Angela Marchese. She immediately jumped on getting our contract, appraisal and pictures taken care of so that our home was able to be listed very quickly. She communicated with her fellow realtors about the property so that as soon as the house was listed, we had numerous showings lined up. In fact the house went on the market on Thursday and we had 2 offers from qualified buyers by Sunday. We essentially sold the home in 1 day. Not only was Angela on top of all of the details, she was quite accessible for questions. She made the sale of our home (which is never easy) a very positive experience.

Angela provided next level service and guidance, which went above and beyond my expectations. She quickly gained my trust and assisted with coordinating multiple contractors to prepare my home for sale and inspected their work, which was greatly appreciated given my remote location. My home went under contract in the first week on market and she assured a smooth transaction from offer to closing. I would recommend Angela to anyone looking to sell or buy a home!

We'd bought this house on foreclosure, which process is a little complicated than usual. also we had a hard time to get answers from bank realtor but Jeffrey handled everything pretty well, making a lot effort to bring us to closing.. Jeffrey is reliable, responsible and professional. He'll make your home-dream come true...

Jeff was a huge help in the moving process for Kelsey and I. Since I am from PA and Kelsey is from NJ, Jeff was able to assist from the very beginning of finding our home. We looked at homes for over a year and Jeff was very flexible with his time and scheduling tours of the home. He always worked around my schedule, especially in the evening hours which I am truly grateful for. After about seeing 40 houses in person with Jeff and driving up and down all of New Jersey, we were able to find the house that Kelsey and I are proud to call our home. I know it was a long journey and process of finding the 'perfect' home for Kelsey and I, and Jeff made the transition a smooth and worry free result that I am extremely thankful for. Thanks again Jeff for all of your hard work in everything with the purchase of our first home!

Jeff DePiano represented me as the buyer of a property for my mother in a retirement community in suburban Trenton, NJ. I live out of state and had never before purchased a property in NJ. Jeff helped me tremendously. He knew the types of properties in the local area that would suit my needs, which helped narrow and expedite the search. He briefed me on the process and issues involved in purchasing property in NJ and guided me through the entire process. He also provided contacts for home inspectors, settlement attorneys and insurance providers, all of whom were excellent professionals. His experience and skills were all the more apparent because the seller's agent was quite inexperienced, which meant that Jeff had to step up and lead the transaction. As the closing date approached, we discovered several complicated liens and judgments against the property, the resolution of which delayed the closing for 9 days. During this period, Jeff worked closely with the settlement attorneys to keep the transaction on track. In the end, the issues were resolved we were able to close. I am very pleased with my experience with Jeff and would recommend him highly.

Amy was great--hard-working, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. She was organized, and guided me through the process smoothly. She also went out of her way, several times, to address issues that might've stood in the way of making my sale. For example, she provided a chair for the lock box because my door knob wouldn't support one. When my HOA objected, saying the chair violated the rules, she replaced it with a (qualifying) planter, before I even got off work to address it myself. I heartily recommend her, for those selling and those buying.
