I cannot stop raving about how awesome Phil Stiner is! He is THE BEST at finding the perfect home and making sure you don’t pay more than you need. I am a single mom, and I am used to experiencing men who love to mansplain, but this never happened with Phil. From the start, he listened to what I wanted and made it happen. Even after I found my house, he worked with the sellers to get me a concession, making my closing costs affordable. Phil also has the best connections.
