Steve was amazing when buying our house and continued to help even after we closed. There was a issue that we weren't getting responses about and Steve stepped in and helped us get answers/responses. Through the whole process of buying our first home, he was there to help and explain everything. No question was too dumb and it didn't matter what time it was, he would respond very quickly.

Are you on the lookout for a wonderful realtor? If so, I have the right person for you. Steve Konecny was referred to us by my son–in–law who had bought 3 houses with him. When my husband and I began looking for a home in the Arvada area, the market was skyrocketing. A house would go up for sale and be gone in hours. This did not seem to concern Steve. He listened attentively to my husband and me on what we really wanted in a home. (I was surprised to learn that my husband’s ideas and mine were not always the same!) Steve saw what we would both love and found the perfect home. He stuck with us as he negotiated the tight market, undeterred when our first several offers were not accepted. What finally got us our dream home was Steve’s insistence that we all meet in the middle of a major winter storm to put in a last-minute bid. The weather had kept our competition away, as Steve guessed it would, and we at last prevailed. Without Steve representing us we too would have let the weather win. Steve guided us through the labyrinth of paperwork that is part of every real-estate transaction, explaining – and insisting that we understand – the arcane provisions most buyers ignore. Bob and Carrie made the selling process very EASY and painless! While we did pay more in realtor fees we made up for it many times over in the amount we sold our home for (based on what other companies would list it for). Steve is truly the best of the best. My husband and I have worked with Steve to buy and sell 5 properties. Each and every interaction with Steve was incredibly informative, helpful, and supportive.
