William is a rock star! He worked with us to sell our home of 12 years for top dollar after a bidding war AND find us our next home in a super tight sellers market which we bought with a contingency! William went above and beyond to market our old home to get as much interest as possible. We had over 70 showings and an open house that garnered us 17 offers, all above asking. We had so many offers we were able to be very picky to find the exact right one that met all our needs. Even before we sold our old home, William worked hard to find us the right home to buy for our next family home. He got us in to see all the homes we were interested in and we ended up finding the perfect one. He helped us put together a super strong offer, even with a contingency. The title says it all. We met Landin several years ago and both he and I stayed in touch over the years. I had been looking for a particular sized home in a particular neighborhood. We sent examples of homes that came up online as ideas of what we liked. One particular home caught our eye. We toured the home with Landin and after chatting about our timing we decided to make an offer. I had nothing ready, no financial information, nothing. Not to worry Landin said, one 20 minute call with his mortgage guy would be enough to get the info together to put an offer down. Following Landins advice we put a good offer down and a day later it was accepted. My wife and I were scrambling and worrying about how we were going to get our info together to close in 30 days. This is when Landin and his team really went to work. Their step by step process was simple, efficient and each dept did their bit on time every step of the way. Landin was constantly in touch and proved to be a calming influence in this crazy market. I had heard from friends how hard it was to buy a home and how others put offers on many different homes with no joy. This was not our experience with Landin. Maybe we were lucky or maybe we had a great realtor. His attention to detail even on the smallest of things which had no bearing on the actual transaction were above my expectations. It was a pleasure working with him and his team. I now consider him a good friend. I'll say it again he did the ordinary things extraordinarily well.

Molly showed me what homes had sold for near me and explained how she would help me get even more that what they got. The market was prime. I spent some money on upgrades that all led to a fantastic sell price. She staged my home with a few things that really made the pictures pop. I was fortunate to be in a great area and Molly made sure all those amenities were pointed out. She also placed cards throughout my home so as people walked through they did not miss any of the special features. We discussed the asking price in detail. Of course I wanted to get the most money for my home. Molly pointed out how a slightly lower asking price would bring more buyers. It worked! There were 41 showings in 3 days. I accepted an offer considerably higher than my asking price. Throughout the process, Molly was staying in touch with me as things like the inspection and appraisal happened. I would recommend Molly to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Denver area.

I probably dragged Kim and her team through a lot of interesting experiences during my selling and buying transactions. They helped me get through an experience with a number of dishonest contractors in order to get my home put on the market. Sold the home in October 2021 in less than 24 hours and over asking price. I was supposed to move out of state, but ended up staying, so we had the opportunity to go through a few buying opportunities, with a new home builder that was less than honest and having to retain counsel to get my earnest money back, going under contract for an older home that eventually had more issues than I wanted to deal with (mold, radon, and systems as old as the home) and we finally were able to find a newer home that was just right . . . for me . . . kind of like the three bears and Goldilocks. They were patient and had all the right recommendations for the different situations we dealt with to cross the finish line.
