I've had him as my agent for a coupe of transactions in the last 6yrs and he has always been responsive, professional and competent. Let me start off with I'm an easy going person, but I'm also the pickiest person, so I don't just choose any person to work with. When I work with someone I evaluate quite a bit. I look into their work ethic, professionalism, and how good they are at their job. I also look into whether or not they are detail oriented, as that is super important in real estate. But most importantly I also look at who they are as a person. Jean came to us as a referral and we are so glad she did. Jean has not only become our realtor, but also a friend in the most professional sense. She has shown time and time again she is not in it just to get us a sale/buy, but to get us our perfect home while always protecting us. In real estate there is a lot of contracts and stuff many may not understand. Jean explains everything so that you understand everything. Jean will always protect you as a buyer or seller, and keep your best interest at heart. There are many realtors out there that will happily screw you over so they make their commission. Jean is not one of them. I will forever trust her with any real estate deal I have. Jean is also super detail oriented and will point out everything and anything so that you are aware of all that is happening. Real estate happens fast so a lot of times these things go unnoticed, but Jean will make sure you are always protected and that you know your options/rights.
