My experience with Debra was absolutely The Best. To say she is a great agent doesn’t come close. She not only displayed competence- i.e. industry, market knowledge and strategy - but also provided much needed guidance/referrals for updating and repairs. She was seemingly tireless in explaining and navigating processes, procedures and any issues that arose unexpectedly. But just as important to me was her calm reassurance at every step in the process, always keeping my goal(s) in mind. Debra was stellar in maintaining contact and providing status and updates. I will enthusiastically refer buyers/sellers to her when the opportunity arises.

I've worked with Cheri McGuire on multiple transactions. On the latest transaction we listed my home over $1.4MM. At that price point -Your Real Estate Agent really needs to know "their stuff". Her market knowledge is excellent and her marketing efforts were ongoing and aggressive with new/fresh ways to market my property while listed. Her advice to me was spot on and helpful - but, not pushy. Always the consummate professional preparing me throughout the process on upcoming decisions, opportunities and options.
