She not only helped us find a home but also helped us get connected to the people we needed and gave us tips for adjusting to a new area. This whole process with her I felt fully informed and comfortable with the direction we were going and I was going into it from out of state without seeing any of it while my husband did the travel to see homes. We didn't take action at the time, Carol Hertel: organized We reached out to her again this summer 2025, she greeted us with the same eagerness & she had kept a file from our earlier contact, so she was ready to give us the updated information. Carol Hertel: knowledgeable & connected When we reviewed property in Oregon, we turned to Carol for advice on our VA loan requirements. Carol was familiar with the loan rules & introduced us to a VA specialist which enabled us to make the right connection to our lender. Carol Hertel: 'Get it done' Within days of our decision to sell our home in Lakewood, Carol had the professional photography done, printed, listed, advertised & on the market. Professionally printed 'key feature' cards placed within our home, fliers mailed within the market area. We had viewing appointments the very 1st day it was listed & requests days after. Carol Hertel: individual attention Although our home was mid-market & Carol also had million-dollar listings as well, we always found her available to our questions & needs.
