Throughout the process of preparing the house for sale, Cheri was patient and compassionate dealing with all of us, but especially with our nephew in what was a very difficult time for him. She kept us fully informed throughout the process and was sincere and honest about the realities of the market and what to expect. We received many legitimate offers to choose from due to her expertise and guidance. The house sold in less than a week for much more than we originally expected.
