Alison and Cara helped me downsize to my forever home! I wasn’t really looking hard, but my niece told me of a home in her neighborhood that had come on the market. With Alison and Cara’s help, I looked at the house, made an offer and moved all within about a month. After they negotiated a great price, I had to put my existing home on the market. I closed on both houses a month apart. Their knowledge and help made it all happen. I highly recommend then for all your real estate needs!

Alison and Cara have been our realtors for years. After my husbands passing, I had decided to downsize and started looking for homes. I found one in a neighborhood I loved and needed to sell my home since I had already put in an offer on another home. Alison and Cara told me not to worry. They used their knowledge and skills to put my house on the market. I received an offer following the first open house for more than I anticipated. They were efficient through the process, helped with financing recommendations that allowed a smooth process with the sale of my existing home and securing my new home which led to an easy smooth move! I highly recommend them for all of your real estate needs!

Brent was great to work with. He came to the initial meeting with me very prepared to discuss my options. He was very knowledgeable about my neighborhood and tailored my options based on this information. Even though it was a sellers market when I sold my house, Brent did not cut corners and spent the time necessary to get me the fastest and most profitable sale. For example, he spent the time making sure the presentation of the house in the listing looked great and he even did a drone video showing the neighborhood and my foothills view. As we progressed through the home selling process, he provided me with frequent updates. I will probably be leaving Colorado, but if I were to stay, I would definitely contact Brent to help me find a new home. I would give him the highest recommendation.

Cheri (and her husband!) was and is super helpful, very available, and goes above and beyond! She explained everything as we went and remained in communication through the whole process. She also made miracle adjustments when we needed them. I bought my first home with her help and then sold it 5 years later with her help. Very knowledgeable in all things real estate as far as I’m concerned. I cannot thank her and her husband enough!!

I wish I had the option of 10 stars, as Carol certainly would get all 10 of them. Carol was very knowledgeable about the marketplace market value and she knew the ins and outs of buying and selling houses. As a buyer I felt very supported of her all along in the process. If we were selling our previous house, I would have used Carol again as an agent to help us sell. Even post-sale I reach out to Carol for her knowledge and expertise. Many miles separated us as the buyer and working with Carol, however the ease of signing documents and working with her, you would have never guessed we had a mile in between us. Carol also had great communication. She stayed on top of all the dates and deadlines that quickly approached. For her professionalism, knowledge, and expertise, she is quickly earned all 10 of these stars. And we would turn to her again in a heartbeat for any future buying and selling needs we have.

My husband and I were referred to Dave by multiple friends and family members, so going in to our home buying experience, we already knew we were in good hands. Even with our high expectations, we were absolutely blown away! It's a difficult market right now, and on top of that, my husband and I both work nights, but Dave was so considerate and accommodating of our unusual schedules. The connections he has across the industry made it so easy to get our own home ready to sell--and he made sure it was affordable too! I know in the years to come, we'll be seeking Dave out again.

My husband and I cannot recommend Dave highly enough! His connections across the industry made it so easy to get our home ready to sell, and he has made himself so available to us for any questions we have in our new one. I always know he'll answer a call or a text any time of day--his dedication to his clients is impressive to say the least.

Marie helped us so much and listened to us. During our struggle with loss of jobs and covid, she sold our house and we got $40,000 over asking. We will forever be grateful for her hard work for us. Call her. You will love her.
