To be candid, we were initially inclined to hire a friend who was a realtor, but decided to interview Marie first. I truly don't think there is another realtor who knows the market conditions of our neighborhood better than Marie. Marie held my hand through the entire process and provided incredible service. She hired a stager for our home, and Marie was there the whole time helping move things around with the rest of us! Once we had a contract, Marie didn't disappear. When I got nervous about an issue the title company had, Marie handled it. She gave us names of fantastic and reasonable priced service providers to fix some items that came up in the inspection. My husband and I are thrilled we went with Marie and we highly recommend her!
