With my being in Missouri and Cory handling things in Colorado I could not have been more pleased. I don't think the housing market is exploding but Cory kept everything going to a successful sale and closing. He took care of any, and all glitches, that may have appeared. He even watered my plants and got someone to pick up some furniture that I could not take with me. He kept me advised of the number of showings and gave me the feedback from the showing agents. He does not “sugarcoat” any thing. My house sold very quickly to a well qualified buyer. A lot of that was because of his advice getting the home ready to show. I can’t say enough positive about Kyla Tyler. She is absolutely the best! The sale of my property was complicated. The property was a thirty-five-acre ranch with a well, geo-thermal ground heat pump, a horse barn, shop and mineral rights (severed). It was extremely stressful for us. Kyla was by our side every minute. Thanks to Kyla’s expertise and guidance we were under contract in just over 30 days. We had 2 offers at the same time. We were able to have a CASH closing and get the highest price of any similar home in our neighborhood. We started this process almost 1 year ago.
