Super helpful, knowledgeable, thorough, and overall great to work with
This is the second experience we've had with Ben Prucey. Ben helped sell my condo in Palomino Park mid-year 2024 and we contracted with Ben to also help us on the sale of our new development in Castle Rock. Ben helped us reach out to the developer on a regular basis from the get-go. He stopped by the sales office at the development location to ensure they knew we were interested in purchasing a lot as soon as the lots became available. The sales team got to know Ben well as he was there regularly. Once we secured the lot we wanted (with the help of Ben's tenacity), Ben regularly stopped by the construction site - ensuring things looked good and ensuring the contractor was building as needed. He took pictures and videos of the work during construction to show us where plumbing and electrical lines were and to just stay on top of the job overall. Ben was a trusted resource to help us understand what needed to be done on an individual inspection basis (building and radon), and what needed to be done even post-construction (grout sealing, etc). Was a pleasure working with Ben on this new development and we LOVE our new home! In addition to these now two contracts with Ben, we are listing our second home on the market with Ben, also in Palomino Park and are entrusting him with another asset of ours to sell. We look forward to working with him a third time on this transaction. Highly recommend Ben for any sale/purchase of any home in the Denver/suburban markets.
