Cliff has helped family members in the past with home purchases successfully. I contacted Cliff to assist me in finding the perfect match for my needs in the purchase of a home. Cliff was patient assisting me with the search. Told me what to do to be ready to purchase, assisting me all the way. When we finally found it, Cliff took over and set up everything assisting in the negotiations. Stress level was at a minimum! Thank you Cliff and all your contacts for assisting me.

Cindy was the best agents. She plugged us in to a ton of platforms to look at house and was speeded on setting a showing. We ended up making two offers which Cindy helped point us in the correct direction and to make our offer appealing. She fought hard for us she’s a great negotiator and want us our dream house. Would highly recommend this realtor best in the world.

Cindy was a true champion in helping us finalize our new home purchase. Throughout all of the ups and downs of looking at home after home Cindy was always there to answer any and all of our questions. Her years of experience were appreciated as she pulled together strong offers for all of the places we bid on, we seemed to constantly be within the top 3 offers for each place. Finally the stars aligned and she helped us pull together a great offer and we finally found our new home! At each step of the process Cindy was responsive, helpful, and a strong advocate for us. Her connections with lenders, appraisers, other services were extremely helpful. Thanks for the strong work Cindy and we're looking forward to our new life in our new home! Thanks.

David is a terrific agent who is not only knowledgeable about the home market but always makes himself available to help. We are new to Colorado and David is our go to resource for "how do we" questions.

I’m going to keep this simple, just as Christine did!!!! She was amazing!!!! From start to finish, Christine held my hand along the way. Her willingness to go above and beyond was out of this world. She made a normally stressful process seem like a day at the park. I was relaxed and at the end, beyond pleased. She will always get my referrals going forward. Thanks Christine!!!!

We purchase a home with Joan and we sold our home with Joan. Excellent Experiences Joan Pratt and her group were the most professional Real Estate Team we have ever experienced. We utilized Joan to purchase our dream home. She assisted us in finding an awesome Mortgage Broker that was honest and very detailed. She also assisted us in negotiating the price of the house that we wanted to purchase and treated us with so much respect as well as honest and forthright. Joan was always available to answer many questions that we had. Her engaging personality made it so easy for us to work with her. Joan's group helped us problem solve what we needed to do to the house we were selling, so that we could get the most money. Joan's team includes design decorators, renovators and an awesome office staff. Her team was actively involved in the renovation process, assisting in every detail by scheduling contractors, and inspections, which made it easier for us. Joan and her team are honest and have the upmost integrity, I would highly recommend them to everyone. Joan and her team understand the local housing market, so we sold our home at a great price and It was under contract in 6 days. I just cant say enough of how excellent our experience was with Joan and her group. I believe we have made a friend for life.

When I met Cindy I had a lot of questions about selling my place in the Denver area. After a short "interview" I could tell she had keen insight on what was going on with the housing market and the closing process. From that moment I knew everything was going to go well. She displays an exceptional level of professionalism, knowledge and experience. Communication is top-notch; she listens and gives great advice. If she's not available immediately she will respond within an hour at the most. After our walk-through she made suggestions that would make my place more marketable, and it worked! I had a few offers within a couple of days. I highly recommended Cindy - you will be thankful and happy having her on your team.
