"Like every other seller, we wanted to maximize the sale of our home, and do it fast. Based on my secondhand knowledge of Joan's track record specializing in doing just that (my best friend has worked with her several times in the past, always with massive success), there was nobody else I would have called. Joan and her team were exceptional in every single way throughout the entire process. From our first consult on my back patio (just 7 short weeks ago), to our closing (we went under contract within 2 days of listing, for WAY over list price), she was with us every step of the way. She made the right recommendations of work to be done on the home to maximize sale price, taking vendor communication completely off of our plate, etc. There are not words to describe how professionally, efficiently and effectively she and her team handled the entire process. I would call Joan at 2am in the morning (I am in INTENSE individual...) with a question or concern and she would either answer immediately (god bless her) or respond first thing in the morning with patience, understanding and the right answer, every time. Michael is by far the best real estate agent Ivy and I could have asked for. We recently relocated from Houston to Denver, and Michael went above and beyond to learn our preferences as well as educate us on the various areas within Denver. We knew nothing about Denver, but Michael was always very honest with us which led me to trust his opinions more than any other real estate agent I have worked with. Never once did Ivy and I feel rushed or persuaded by Michael, which allowed us the time settle on the perfect home. He truly has the buyer’s best interest in mind and won’t settle for less just to close a deal. One thing that really stood out about Michael before I had met him in person, was that he created a driving tour of different areas for my family and I to do leisurely. The tour included multiple houses in the market that were representative of our budget and the style of housing for that area. The tours also included shopping/coffee/dining/parks that were in the area. This was a really neat way that helped us settle on a general area. We had not asked for this driving tour, so I was very impressed that Michael offered it up before we had even met him. If you do not have a realtor yet, Michael is a must!
