In the past year we have used David for three different home sales and purchases (a new house for ourselves and a house sale and purchase for our parents). I think a word of mouth recommendation to a family member and repeat business speaks for itself. He knows the local market well and has always been responsive to phone calls and texts. We knew what we wanted, gave him specifics and because we had some flexibility in our budget, he came through in a tight market with getting us home options to see on short notice. Mike was wonderful to work with. He let us set the tone for the complete selling experience. Mike believed in our vision, and was able to get the highest sold price the neighborhood has ever seen. He was always available when we had questions, or needed help with something. He didn't hesitate to get back to us, even when he was on vacation. We were out of town for the majority of time that the house was on the market, so we relied on Mike for everything from taking care of the yard to overseeing the contractors who made repairs on the house.
