Stacy was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We were apprehensive about listing our place without knowing something would be available to purchase in our desired price range. She took us around to see properties regarding a future purchase before we decided to list our place which was extremely helpful and put us at ease in moving forward with one of our biggest decisions to date. As we moved forward in listing our property, we sat down with her to go over comps in our community. This was extremely detailed as we reviewed properties that were identical to ours based on location and set up. We felt extremely comfortable listing the property at her recommended price. Wendi is the most genuine person you will meet in this business. She’s professional, kind and never made us feel pressure or obligation. Good news or bad, her phone calls were always stress free and welcome. She always had an answer for us. We used all of her recommendations for seeking home insurance and an inspector. In doing this, we met other hardworking and trustworthy people. It took three months to close on our home because it had to go through probate. Fortunately for us, we had Wendi on our team to keep our end of business on time and tidy. Even at the closing table, Wendi was asking questions we wouldn’t know to ask. She’s a Godsend. Wendi was awesome. We had a very challenging ordeal with an HOA and she was incredible to work with. She was so communicative and kept me up to date on everything that was going on. She also was very diligent on keeping the buyer on-time to close and dealt with a very uncooperative HOA. She was also very knowledgeable on the local market and priced this correctly and did not start with an inflated number to earn business
