Wendi is the most genuine person you will meet in this business. She’s professional, kind and never made us feel pressure or obligation. Good news or bad, her phone calls were always stress free and welcome. She always had an answer for us. We used all of her recommendations for seeking home insurance and an inspector. In doing this, we met other hardworking and trustworthy people. It took three months to close on our home because it had to go through probate. We love Wendi! From beginning to end she made the process of selling our home the best experience possible. We all know buying and selling is like being on a roller coaster. Stacy was not recommended to me. I found her by watching her sell my neighbors house a year prior. I was so impressed with her method. She had a professional come out and take the pictures. As anyone knows first impressions are everything. And she showed that house for 1 week and within that week she sold their home. I knew that if I were to sell our home we were going to use her. And we weren't disappointed. She was unbelievable she showed our home at least 3 time's a week. The 1st open house we had multiple offers. And she also during this process helped find us our forever home. My advice to you would be you won't be unhappy if you go with Stacy Video. She was the best realtor I've ever worked with.
