Wow!! What can we say about Barb? She has helped us twice! When we first moved here we needed a place to rent while we decided where exactly we wanted to live. Not knowing her we reached out to her online… This woman went above and beyond to find us the perfect place it didn’t matter what time day or night she was on the job. When we finally decided where we wanted to live we reached out again. All I can say is she is a saint… We looked at so many places and she never gave up she found us are perfect home and became someone we are proud to call a friend.

Top notch realtor in approach and service. Wendi was the best realtor we could have hoped for from start to beyond closing. She never strayed from the goal of finding the best house for us or her focus on protecting us as buyers. Wendi's guidance and advice were invaluable as we navigated purchasing our first house in Florida and given the current market. We can't say enough about how proactive and responsive Wendi is. We will be referring her to all we know.

She did a wonderful job editing listings for us to see in person and in less than a week she found us exactly what we were looking for . Wendi Davis cares about her clients she’s made my move to Florida easy and seamless . Her professionalism especially during Covid is commendable, I cannot recommend Wendi enough. Wendi was more than helpful in finding us the perfect home for our family with everything we could ever need. She was instrumental in communicating between ourselves, the other realtor, and the mortgage company. Her professionalism is unparalleled, and we never had a doubt in our minds throughout the entire process. We can’t recommend her enough

WOW - Thank you!! We were hesitant to put our home on the market during the pandemic, as we didn't want many people in and out of our home. Fortunately, Wendi was able to sell our house IN ONE DAY and ABOVE asking price! I believe the home sold fast because of Wendi's preparation prior to the listing. She arranged for professional photos, thoroughly reviewed the current market to determine the right price, gave great advice regarding the staging of our home, and even offered to help me clean, as I was juggling 3 small children - including an infant! She advocated for us every step of the way, including negotiating a sale price above asking and ensuring that the credits we provided were fair. She maintained constant communication with me throughout the entire process which was very reassuring. I was beyond impressed with her diligence when it came to the behind-the-scenes components of the sale. She was on top of the buyer's realtor to ensure their deposits were made on time, communicated with the title company to make sure they had everything they needed, attended the home inspection, followed up with our HOA to guarantee the buyer's approval within our 30 day window, and who knows what else! I hadn't realized how much went into this process but Wendi handled all of it. While I hope we're not moving again anytime soon, I would definitely use Wendi again. I can't recommend her highly enough.
