I rarely give gushing reviews but Kerry is truly outstanding! She was giving us buying tips even before she was our agent. In writing up subsequent buying offers for us, her advice was invaluable. She was extremely prompt in following up on details, questions, etc. She is also a great resource has she "has a guy" for any home related service we may need. 5 star service !!!

I have been working with Kerry for the past few month to buy a house in Florida, while we reside in State of Illinois. Our dealing with Kerry have been great and very professional. She very knowledgeable about Folorida real estates, and always was very prompt to answer our questions. She always returned our calls promptly, and was able to answer our questions. She is very cooperative, and was willing to do other thing not closely realted to real estates selling. For example she volunteered to supervise the painter while we were still in IL.
