Debbie is a top-notch realtor with a compassionate and human manner. When the time came for my mom to move into an assisted living facility and needed to sell her home, she called on Re-Max to arrange a meeting with a realtor. Along came Debbie to guide my mom and I through …. Little did we know at the time what a large role Debbie would take on to make everything happen that needed to happen. From taking mom to visit some assisted living homes until closing day of the sale, Debbie was there for us every step of the way. I live and work in Ohio and, due to the nature of my work, there are limited times of the year that I can travel- this wasn’t one of them. I am ever so grateful that Debbie willingly participated and became a liaison in evaluating and helping to decide on a new place for my mom to call home. Debbie helped coordinate mom’s move into her new assisted living new home… More than that, she made weekly visits to make sure mom was settled and comfortable. She essentially became a daughter and a sister to us. Debbie was spectacular in the preparation and sale of mom’s home, and she put forth a tremendous amount of effort… and I do mean tremendous! She coordinated an almost complete remodel making the home into a real showplace. I am extremely pleased with the choices she made in the remodeling process- not only with the materials she chose, but the professionals she hired to complete the transformation. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I can’t say enough great things about Debbie. Peter was very knowledgeable about the market and the comps in the area. He communicated with us daily and sometimes twice in a day. He handled the sale very professionally. He helped us set a realistic good price and the property sold within 3 days of being listed. If we would need to sell a home or property in the future we would use Peter again as our agent. I would definitely recommend Peter to list your home or property.

Mr. BOB WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL WITH HELPING US FIND, QUALIFY, AND MOVE INTO OUR NEW HOME. HE COVERED EVERY DETAIL GAVE US BREAKDOWN OF COST FOR ALL UTILITIES EXPLAINED ALL THE MAINTENANCE FEES AND EXACTLY WHAT THEY COVERED. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE HIM AGAIN OR RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE.

Robert was a God-send to us throughout the purchase of our new home. He was in constant communication with us every step of the way. When we had problems with getting our lender to respond with certain items, Robert stayed on top of them and made sure everything came together for our close. He gave a great advice and was very knowledgeable about the area where we were purchasing. He even negotiated a new roof without cost to us! Highly recommend working with him!
