I spent 10 amazing years with UPS with my last position being a full time driver. During the Covid outbreak I started working in the kitchen for a nursing home and moved up to becoming their Managing Activity Director. There I found an absolute love for people and realized how important kindness, honesty and compassion truly are. As a Christian these qualities run through me, soul deep. Teresa Wallace helped me buy my first home at almost 10% LESS than the asking price. I'm not exaggerating when I say I could not have bought my first home without Teresa—she is simply the best realtor in Louisville. She was always available and responsive to my MANY questions throughout the entire process. Not only that, every person she suggested I work with—from the mortgage lender, to the home inspector, to the lawyer—EVERYONE gave me a great deal and really delivered because I was referred by Teresa. From the start of the listing process Nick was...

From the start of the listing process Nick was very honest and detailed with what price to list our home at. He was very responsive to showing requests and kept us up to date with all the feedback being received. Nick was able to sell our home very quick and at our listing price. Very happy with the service provided and would recommend to family and friends.

Nick made our home buying process insanely easy...

Nick made our home buying process insanely easy. We just relocated from South Carolina so did most of our transactions long distance but he never skipped a beat and went above and beyond to make this an easy, stress-free process. I would highly recommend Nick if you’re in the market for a new home. You won’t be disappointed.
