Teresa Wallace helped me buy my first home at almost 10% LESS than the asking price. I'm not exaggerating when I say I could not have bought my first home without Teresa—she is simply the best realtor in Louisville. She was always available and responsive to my MANY questions throughout the entire process. Not only that, every person she suggested I work with—from the mortgage lender, to the home inspector, to the lawyer—EVERYONE gave me a great deal and really delivered because I was referred by Teresa. People simply love her. And I do too! Seriously, you will not find a better realtor.
