Diana helped our family to buy beautiful waterfront vacation house in St Pete Beach almost 10 years ago. During 10 years she managed the property with attention to every detail. I could totally trust her with all aspects of my RE needs. Last December she listed our house and within a month sold it!! What a great job! She always puts extra effort to help her customers. I had great experience with Diana for almost 10 years as a buyer's and listing agent as well as property manager. Diana is SUPER!!

Carol & her team were so helpful in selling my mother's condo. Carol helped us with every aspect of the sale: the paperwork needed for the condo association, the pricing options, minor repairs needed, making the property look it's best...really everything!! nShe always returned phone calls & emails promptly. nA pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her & her team.

Carol Giovannoni and her team are the best of the best. If you want your home photographed well, if you want your questions answered with professional and informed information and phone calls answered promptly, if you want to be heard as a buyer or sell (she has handled both for me), if you want a flawless transaction you feel totally confident with and if you want an agent that you can trust has your back 100%, Carol and her team are the agents for you.

I was very happy with my experience working with Chris and Carol. Chris made it easy and was willing to work around my schedule in looking at new homes. Both Carol and Chris were prompt and responsive to my questions and concerns.

i found Carol and Chris to be professional as well as personable to work with. The experience was educational and with their help, not as difficult as the selling/buying a home can be.

Carol and Chris are absolutely amazing to work with. They helped us buy our house and helped us sell it. On both sides, they went above and beyond any other realtor we have worked with in the past. I wish they could have followed us to another state. We moved out of state and they handled everything so well, and did as much as possible electronically which made it so much easier. They made us feel like we were their only customers and are so easy to get along with and in contact with, whether it be phone, text or email. The presentation packets they made to sell our house were outstanding. If we ever move back to Pinellas County, they will be our first call!

Melissa is extremely knowledgeable, nice and friendly. She helped us buying our house. It was complicated due to owner not being around, involvement of the relocation company selling the house and seller's realtor not knowing all the details. All the process and work would not have been done on time without her knowledge and commitment. She was always available and very quick in response whenever needed. We highly recommend her. She is our realtor for life.

I have purchased three condos with the help of Melissa Yardy. All were short sales and somewhat complicated transactions. I always found Melissa to be knowledgeable, professional and dependable. I would highly recommend her services as a broker for the beaches area.
