Very pleased with the whole process of purchasing a property. It was easy, quick and straightforward. Diana was very professional, very accessible at all times and very helpful and knowledgeable, answering all questions.

I have used Diana twice now as my real estate agent. Her knowledge and expertise allowed me to get my property sold very quickly for a fair market price. Diana went above and beyond what is required of an agent to help us out. Diana not only is knowledgeable, energetic and a seasoned professional, she is honest and hard working and very friendly.

Diana is the only agent we would use to buy and sell in St Pete Beach area. She is a well known in the community and her expertise, knowledge and commitment are second to none ! She was with us to the end of the sale of our condo

My husband and I worked with Diana to purchase a home in Southwest Florida. Diana was able to help us without reservation despite the fact that we had selected an area that was approximately 1.5 hours from her home base. She was incredibly responsive and made herself available on a moments notice, whether it was for a phone call or to drive to us for a showing. We made offers on several homes and each time she found a wifi location so we could get the offer submitted immediately. We lost out on the first few homes (through no fault of Diana) but ultimately found a home that was perfect for us. Her excellent service did not stop once our offer was accepted....she stayed with us through every step of the home inspection, additional negotiations needed as a result of the inspection findings, the final walk through and the closing itself. As buyers located out of State, we appreciated her willingness to tour us through homes via FaceTime as well as making herself available to us in the evenings and on weekends whenever we had questions or had found yet another home we wanted her to research for us. Diana definitely went above and beyond in all of her work with us and was professional and pleasant no matter how many times we contacted her about things. I would highly recommend her to assist anyone with their home buying (or selling) experience!

If you want to buy a place on the beach, in particular Treasure Island, St Pete Beach and in fact anywhere on the Suncoast, this is the firm to work with. They know the area better than anyone else and work aggressively to find you the right property. I like these folks so much, this is my second beach condo in just 14 months. Thank you Carol and team for all of the great services. I will now enjoy my St. Pete Beach properties!!!

This is the second condo I've sold with Carol G & her team. So helpful, professional and easy to work with. I felt confident using Carol a second time this year and was not disappointed!

Carol and her team are exceptional. When you use a realtor twice, it says a lot. We have both bought a home and also sold a home with Carol and Chris. They have not only provided professional advice and service but represented us well. We always felt as if they had our back. Carol and Chris go beyond expectations and are extremely helpful with advice and support. We recommend them highly and value their relationship. Thanks for Realtors like Carol and Chris.

Diana just sold our Apartment on St Pete Beach within a very short period of time after putting it on the market. She was thoroughly professional and gave us complete confidence in all that she did, and she kept us informed at all stages and worked very hard with marketing using all modern techniques coupled with a very trustworthy and honest person and superb local knowledge of the market. My wife and I would not hesitate to recommend Diana to anyone looking to buy or sell a property on the beach in Florida.
