Joe Was an absolute delight to work with. He helped us through every step of the process. We purchased our property remotely and Joe put us at ease and was willing to take the extra steps necessary to help us feel comfortable with the whole process. We respected his opinion on the market and what to look for and the best way to position ourselves. He always made himself available for any questions we had and was very responsive to our requests. I would not hesitate to work with him again. Jim S.

I have known Diana for about five years and appreciate her years in the industry and her incredible knowledge! Diana attended just about every one of my 40+ showings besides having many open houses. I would recommend Diana to any one looking to buy or sell property on St Pete Beach!

When it came to making sure that we got the best deal as well as the easiest most enjoyable purchase Diana was the best. She took time to explain to us not only the options and details of the unit, but the overall St. Pete Experience. Working with Diana was like having a family member helping you step by step along the way. Diana not only took our needs into consideration, but made sure we got to know the owner of the unit which made it the perfect fit for both Owner and Buyer. Bottom line is I put my trust in Diana and she delivered my Dream Condo to me. Many Thanks

Diane was extremely helpful and attentive to our needs. Since we were from out of state, there were many items she took care of for us that otherwise would have been difficult for us to do. She was very knowledgeable about the area and the places we showed interest in. We were very happy with our experience and would contact her again with any future real estate purchases.

I’ll start my review with one word, “WOW” !! I first saw her list of accomplishments and awards on Zillow while looking for Real Estate in Venice, FL. After finding some properties I wanted to see in Venice I turned my attention to Realtors in the St. Pete Beach area to market our Condominium in Bahia Del Mar in Isla Del Sol!! The first Realtor I saw was Dians Sames!! I looked at her ads for her listings and decided I didn’t need to look b any further!! How lucky I was!! We met, I listed, and she sold to the first people to see her ad and pictures on the internet!! I sold, sight unseen, for more money than I wanted and more than anyone had ever gotten in our area of Bahia Del Mar!! Diana is a super salesgirl and her Australian accent didn’t hurt!! I whole heartedly recommend her for listing and selling anyone’s property in the St. Pete area!! She is special and I know because I have been a Realtor in Indpls.IN for 55 years !!

Joe maintained complete professionalism while also being sympathetic and encouraging during a stress of finding a home amidst a pandemic. I would highly recommend his service and plan on using him as our family realtor.

We didn’t know Diana before deciding to list our property with her and your agency. Our first meeting was delightful. She was able to give us good advice about pricing and worked diligently with the photographer to get the best pictures of our beautiful condo. We had in mind a certain range for pricing which was more than anything in our Complex had sold for. She didn’t say to us that we were totally out of line but rather talked us through the comps and what to expect. After all that was said and done we settled on a price that we felt was fair to us but above the traditional asking price in our building. She worked very hard to present our condo as we saw it. She sold it for more than any other had sold for and we were happy with the result! We had plans to come to Florida from Alabama to move our furniture and pack the few remaining items that I had left for staging. God intervened, my husband had a medical emergency and we could not travel. Miss Diana scheduled movers, arranged for storage and personally packed and oversaw the complete process! I cannot tell you how thankful we are for her! She went over and beyond any expectations we had for an agent! In fact, she treated us like friends! We would highly recommend her and her abilities! She is very knowledgeable and is a person of integrity. Judy and Coulter Boyle

Diana is the ultimate real estate professional, very knowledgeable about the St.Pete beach market and our condo association more importantly. As we were out of town sellers, I needed timely communication and she exceeded my expectations.
