The selling and buying process of a house was a much larger effort than we imagined. There are so many steps that having someone knowledgeable and experienced in your corner makes all the difference. Thankfully, we had Andy and Dustin in ours! They laid out all of the options for us, provided us with access to any home that we wanted to see, and handled all legal issues, paperwork and negotiations. They were even able to negotiate a huge builder allowance on a newly furnished home that we utilized for landscaping, blinds, and appliance upgrades.
