I found the perfect duplex to move to after being in my house for 23 years AND my house did sell fast! We had possible buyers here ten minutes after he put the FOR SALE sign in my yard. Another couple came the next day and put in a great offer. We negotiated a price, we all signed electronically and they DID end up buying my house. Our Open House had already been advertised for the following day - when 7 more families toured my house. Two or 3 other families viewed my house after that - while my buyers' paperwork was being processed. So we had other possible buyers ready to put in bids if the first buyers purchase had not gone through. Great idea! I would recommend him as an agent since he knows what he is doing!
