I’ve known Cheri since elementary school, so it was a delight to work with someone who knows (and appreciates) the area and all it has to offer. Cheri was super-supportive, helpful and went out of her to handle more than just the home sale because I (and my parents, for whom I was selling the house) live out of state...this included arranging an out-of-state closing, minor repairs, recommending a cleaning service, just stopping in to check on things and - in general - holding my hand through the whole thing. Chad was incredible to work with! We appreciated that Chad was incredibly knowledgeable and transparent with us throughout our long house search. He never tried to sway us in any direction and was patient with us as we looked at house after house for 2 years! He was very quick to respond when we had questions or wanted to schedule a showing, and very flexible with his time. When we finally found our dream house, Chad was quick to get our current place on the market.
