I recently closed on a home that would have never been possible without Jennifer’s relentless persistence. I have bought many homes through the years & was coming back to an area that I knew well. Had a Realitor, however was doing my own research on the side. Ran across a sign on a piece of property that I was interested in & happened to connect with Jennifer via phone. After an hour long call, I knew I needed her to be my agent, as her knowledge & experience was impressive. She was incredibly patient & flexible as I had limited windows to look @ homes. Tremendous preparation made our time very efficient, allowing us to look @ a wide array of homes. She understood that I like to analyze things, made a comprehensive spreadsheet for compare / contrasting each. Wound up placing several offers that didn’t wind up working out in such a hot market, however she empathized with my situation & worked even more aggressively. Used out of the box thinking & took extra steps to help me find the right house. She even had her Husband help out with some potential renovation & accessibility issues on a couple houses that we were interested in to remove obstacles. She stayed right with me through a very difficult closing that went sideways & at several points was foiled. She has an excellent team / support staff for any area that you may need. My house would have never been found & my deal would have never made it to close without Jennifer! What a great ending to a long process, we are so happy with her work & amazing attitude. Truly the best Realtor I’ve ever dealt with - one of a kind :)
