She was very knowledgeable about any questions we ran into, knew how to help us prep our home for a quick sale (3 full-price offers within 48 hours!), was prompt and patient with all of our questions, and guided us in our new construction purchase of our new home! Jennifer is very personable, and did an EXCELLENT job of creating interest in our home with the Facebook Live videos she did! I have already recommended her to others, and will continue to do so! Sheila Earle is the best realtor I have ever come across. She is a go getter, personable, amazing at communicating and making sure you get the best of the best. She had my house listed, under contract and closed with in 22 days! That’s almost unheard of and she pulled this all off in the middle of a pandemic. We love her!

Rebecca did a great job listing my home for sale and was able to get us a good offer in a short time. I also used her to buy a replacement home and she was available to answer all my questions in a profession manner. Chad Kanyo has been incredible. We knew nothing coming into this process and barely knew what we wanted in a house. Chad was personally with us every step of the way to answer questions patiently (even the stupid ones) and help us explore different houses, even when we were sure we didn't want them but were just curious to explore and learn more about the houses we found. We really have to give Chad two thumbs up through this whole covid-19 crisis, he ended up really going the extra mile when, us getting back to work cut it so close to losing our locked in interest rate, we thought for sure we would lose it. Not to mention the complications of places being shut down or on skeleton crews. Because of Chad and the team of people he chooses to work with and recommend to us, we were able to secure our loan with an amazing interest rate and close on our new home in just the nic of time. We both feel less like we have a good realtor and more like we have a great friend, and that quality shows through in his tenacity of finding exactly what we wanted. Jennifer worked diligently and tirelessly with us to help us purchase our first investment property. Right away talking with her, I could tell she was extremely knowledgeable about both the buying and rental market and I realized we were in very good hands. She was always quick to get us in to see available properties, and with a good eye spotting potential problems with the property which helped us narrow down our options. When the time came to make an offer, her advice and negotiating skills were invaluable in writing up an offer that was sensible and yet very attractive to the buyer. Out of 8 offers on the first day the property was shown, ours was the one the buyer accepted. I look forward to working with her again to find our next property!
