Truly Amazing

Tara is Da Bomb!

My agent was out of town but immediately had Tara schedule a tour of the house with me. Tara counseled us as investors on how to make our decision and help us finalize our offer. The seller’s agent gave us an ultimatum to have our offer in hand in less than 2 hours after we had the seen the house. Tara helped us create a compelling offer and to our surprise, because of Tara’s market experience, we won the bidding war! Tara was with us every step of the way, all the way through a fast closing. She is the one!

I'd Give 6 Stars If I Could

The entire homebuying process seemed super intimidating, especially being on a timeline, but Tara was so sweet and made everything so simple. She's incredibly knowledgeable in many areas and is a proactive communicator with quick response times. During the home search, she provided excellent custom insights both in discussing listings and during the walkthroughs. In the process of closing, she was constantly working in the background to make sure my lender met our original deadline and that no boxes were left unchecked. You can tell Tara cares about her clients and that she's a professional at what she does. I cannot recommend her enough to anyone looking for a realtor in the area.

Tara did a amazing job helping me find my first house!

Tara would update me weekly on the housing market with percentages, newly listings, and even potential listings. She walked me threw everything. Made the paperwork process less stressful and was on-call around my busy work schedule. She didn't just find me a house, she found me a home comfortably. Thank you Tara!
