She let us know what to expect during the home selling process. She listened to our requests and concerns about Covid. She was great to work with and answered every question. I fully appreciate how much effort she put into selling our home. Before the close of escrow we corrected and repaired the problems that the buyers had requested on the inspection report. Months after the close of escrow, Rachel was contacted about an issue that arose where the buyers had a problem with the heating system and wanted us to pay the the repairs. Rachel continued to work in our interest and handled the situation without any cost to us. I would highly recommend her.

Rachel was truly a miracle worker when she took on this task. Terrible divorce, court battle, vindictive x-spouse, attorneys, foreclosure and auction a week away. We almost lost everything, but Rachel is such a pro and knew exactly what to do when I was a wreck and saved the house, took care of fixing everything and turned around and sold it for more than we thought. She went over and above in every aspect and I thank God for sending her to me. She is the best!

I am an attorney was a personal representative for an estate. It included a home in Burbank, CA. that I had never seen. I was living in Charleston SC and this sale had to be done long distance. David immediately saw the home and fully explained his pricing process, strategy and expected timeline. There were difficult issues with the sale as the home contained an immense amount of artwork that needed to be removed plus many other items that needed to be disposed of. David arranged many workers that I needed and even advanced payment for them. He was very efficient and always kept me well informed. I have sold other properties and this was a difficult project that David handled exceedingly well. Once sold, the closing process went flawlessly.
